Our company is the largest producer and supplier of bikes, spare parts for bikes and bike accessories in Russia. The company was founded in 1999 as a trading one and immediately won the position of the largest wholesale distributor of cycle products of domestic and foreign manufacturers in Russia.
The organization is the manufacturing and distribution complex. The company includes a construction department, a design studio, a testing laboratory, manufacturing plants, a chain of service workshops. The work of storage terminal and sales department is constantly being improved.
FORWARD bicycles
A promising direction of development of the company became its own production of bicycles. So, in 2003 FORWARD bicycles were presented at the Russian market. Thanks to high skilled professionals, engaged from Perm bicycle factory, and advanced production equipment the company organised the most processible production cycle in the country, with minimal cost and, accordingly, for a minimal price. The first models were designed for a wide range of consumers and quickly gained popularity through the optimal combination of price and quality.
In 2004 the company received an order for a lot of sport bikes to compete in the global level. To implement such an ambitious project professional bike racers were involved in. The result was a range of "premium" class aluminum bikes. And immediately, three gold medals at the Cup of the country were won on these bikes. No doubt, it was a success for a young brand!

Since that time, FORWARD bikes have become widely known in Russia and gained the confidence of Russian consumers. The main aim of the company is to make FORWARD bikes affordable and to maintain high quality meeting international standards. For the components production we choose the leading manufacturers: Shimano, Sram, Kenda, Alexrims, RockShox, Uno, SunTour, Weinmann, Avid, etc.
Thanks to own production and multilevel quality control we are confident in the reliability of our products. Let’s look at the stages of production
First, team engineers in association with professional racers create new bikes project. The smallest details are considered, from the smallest screws to calculation of the parameters of welding frames.
When the project is ready and the sample is produced, tests start. All frames are checked for compliance with the geometric parameters, the quality of painting and selectively - for strength characteristics. The strength of a frame sample is tested on the stand in the laboratory. The basic properties of the bike like speed, maneuverability and reliability, depend exactly on this component. When tested for strength, FORWARD frames exceeded the hardest standard in the world -Japanese standard.
When assembling a bicycle on the belt inspectors check the quality of assembly and settings of all units of the bike, derailleurs and brakes settings. Automatic machines from Netherlands provide wheel assembly of the highest accuracy.
Then, strength of the main parts and units and the bike in general are checked on special stands. The admissible load is twice exceeded. Even the most extreme exploitation cannot be compared with it.
The assembled bike is packaged carefully to minimize the risk of damage during transportation.
The final step of bikes check is the competition of professional athelets. Close cooperation with the best sportsmen of Russia allows identifying both the strengths and weaknesses of FORWARD bikes quickly and permanent design improving.

Our designers and engineers have a great passion for the bikes they produce, because they are athletes in various disciplines such as downhill, cross country, road racing, freeride, etc. They live it. The best of the best, they are responsible for creating bikes, which win the highest awards and conquer the most challenging tracks.

Athletes constantly bring ideas and suggestions for improving the geometry of Forward frames. Then all the samples are being tested, optimal group sets and moving parts are found. And when a FORWARD bike is brought to perfection, meets all requirements and withstands any tests it gets to the shop window.

When we look for new partners, we choose the best of them to be sure in quality of each part, because reliability is one of the most principal qualities of Forward. Before assembling parts on our bikes we test them on testing bikes and just then parts can be installed commercially. Forward bikes must be reliable, adjustable and meeting all the requirements of riders.
Russian champions choose FORWARD
The brand quality is primarily determined by the number of victories and its popularity among professional athletes. And FORWARD bikes have proven to be preeminent here.
At the moment, our bikes are the national champions in such disciplines as: cyclocross, the championship of Russia in stage races, the championship of Russia among juniors, the stages of the Russian Cup in Cross Country, Cross Country championship of Russia among the students, bike trial.
In spring 2007 Sergey Banderov joined FORWARD team.
With his participation a new model of a trail bike was created, and in summer 2007 Sergey became a champion of Russia on that bike. In 2008 he confirmed his status and regained title of the champion and Cup of Russia in Trial.
Except participating in traditional sport disciplines, FORWARD bikes took part in the most difficult cycling trip in the world across Tibet. During that expedition, 5 world records were set and registered in the Guinness Book.
